Yay!! We can’t wait to help you. Please fill out our contact form, email us (junipereventsco@outlook.com), or DM on social media to check if the rentals you want are open on your date. If they are, we will start the booking process by having you review a short contract & pay a down payment fee (which goes toward total cost) to lock in your date.
No! The price you see covers all the days you have it. Depending on the situation of each individual renter, you may have it for 2 days or 5 days, but it is still the same cost. Sales tax is added to every rental though as we are required to do so. This will only increase your rental by a few dollars in most cases.
Yes! We require a down payment on all rental items. They range between $20-$300 depending on the rental items or package. This is applied towards your total cost, but is not refundable.
We also have you review a short contract that is emailed to you during booking. This protects both our rights as the client & vendor.
Once we confirm your date is open, we will email you an invoice for the down payment which is payable right there.
Pick up is in Hopkins, MN
We do not deliver or mail rentals at this time.
Pick up is typically 1-2 days before your event and drop off is 1-2 days post. If you need it longer, let’s talk.
If you have booked rentals with us, we reach out around 7-10 days before your event to coordinate pick up time and date. We try to be as flexible as we can to make sure the timing works well for you.
You can always send a friend or family member to pick up your rentals as well. We can coordinate with anyone.

Yes! We make both! We do large welcome signs & table seating signs. These can be printed to go into a large frame or be printed on poster board. We also do small acrylic signs, please message us for custom pricing.

The cleaning fees are based on candles you use:
$100 for Pillar Candles
$50 for taper candles
$0 for LED or Floating candles
Please note that we do not provide the candles with the glass vases rental.
